My chruch growing up used the "Think System" for teaching the bible. Just think about the Bible and that's all you need. It would have been better to have been taught more.

Microsoft Password - Law and Gospel

To illustrate Law and the Gospel

I was reading an article from Microsoft.  The topic was about passwords and how difficult it is for all of us to keep up with all of the passwords we have to deal with.

It started with talking about how difficult it was to keep up with 20 passwords (law)

It then moved to solutions like password managers and password generators built in to their microsoft edge browser (gospel)

Then at the last statement it said you needed to change your password once a year (back to law!)

Law is something we have to do.  Law is a burden.  Law is a heavy yoke.

Gospel is something done for us.  Gospel is freeing.  Gospel is the light yoke.
